Introduction

Self Catering apartment in converted barn. The property is accessed over a bridge, which is on the same level as the car parking facilities and garden except for 3 steps. There is a wooden sill to the entrance door approx 70mm high.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
 
• Car parking is available outside the property 10yds away. One designated space plus 1 visitor space. Assistance, from car to the accommodation is only available by special arrangement. Tarmac paved surfaces. There is no dropped kerb. Rear access is available to parked vehicles. There are no speed bumps or traffic calming but the driveway/parking area is private. There are no barriers except the gates to the property, always unlocked. No dogs except guide dogs. Dog bowl available by request. The contact phone number is not displayed externally but is available on the website. External lighting on infrared sensor for night time entry.
